The Dancers’ Community Fund

We have a wonderfully welcoming scene in Oxford. We would like everyone wanting to join us to be able to do so, regardless of their financial situation. To keep costs as low as possible, the organisation and staffing of OLX is entirely by volunteers.

But our dance attendees can also help: an optional donation is presented at the point of ticket purchase, which goes to a distribution fund to provide access to dancers who are experiencing economic hardship. We aim to distribute as much of the pot as possible, and any unclaimed funds will be donated to a local charity that shares our aims to make music and dance available to people under economic hardship. The final tally will be updated on our website after the event.

Apply for the Fund

Please complete the form below so we can figure out the best way to help. The community fund is open to those interested in purchasing the ‘OLX 2026 Full Weekend Access’ or the ‘Saturday&Sunday Only’ passes. Whilst support is not guaranteed, our aim is to offer as much support to as many people as possible.
