Group Discounts
Exchanges are fun to attend with a bunch of friends. Get a big enough group and there’s a discount!
- 10% discount for a group of 6 to 9 dancers. So the per dancer cost is £103.5 for “OLX 2026 Full Weekend Access” pass; £81 for “Saturday & Sunday Only” pass.
- 15% discount for a group of 10 or more dancers. So the per dancer cost is £97.75 for “OLX 2026 Full Weekend Access” pass; £76.5 for “Saturday & Sunday Only” pass.

Please nominate a single person to complete this form for the group with an accurate list of names, contact emails, and dance roles (Follow/Lead/Switch). There is no restriction on the group being from the same scene. Group discounts are not applicable on individual day passes.
The dancers should make the transfer to to confirm their spot within 10 days. Once payment is received from all the listed names, we will confirm your spot to each listed person’s email, so please ensure that is correct.

Note: It is the responsibility of the Group Lead to track everyone on the list has made their payments in the stipulated time for the group discount tier to be valid. The organisers will confirm the spots to everyone once this is done.
